Ing. Dolly Martínez junto a las panelistas del Banco Popular Dominicana.
Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña (UNPHU), became the stage that led to the beginning of the cycle of talks “Women”, of Banco Popular Dominicano with the conference entitled “Women’s Leadership in the Financial Sector”, which featured the participation of Beulah Reynoso, Raquel León and Lourdes Ogando. The activity is part of the dialogs that will be opened in the different universities of the country, with the aim of inspiring female leadership in the business sector and the participation of women in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) careers.
The dynamics of each meeting will be centered on the realization of a panel led by executives of Banco Popular, who will tell the audience their success story and exchange of experiences, through a session of questions and answers. With this initiative the Banco Popular seeks to carry a message of empowerment and guidance, inviting each participant to leave a footprint on society and develop leadership with conviction and determination.
The talks are aimed at students and professionals, and will continue in other universities as INTEC, ISA, UTESA, PUCMM and UNIBE, starting in June and ending in September.
Dolly Martínez, director of the Environmental and Natural Resources Directorate, was present at the event on behalf of the university. The activity took place on June 15, 2023 in the Conference Room of Building 3, first floor.
