Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña (UNPHU), through the School of Pharmacy, was represented by Edgar Mercado Castillo, UNPHU professor, invited as international lecturer to the “XV Ibero-American Meeting of Hospital Pharmacists” (XV-EIBA-FH).
The graduate Mercado presented the scientific work entitled «Pharmaceutical Development and the Importance of Particle Analysis», within the Pharmacotechnics session, moderated by Jenny Vergara Sibauste, from Panama. Several countries presented important scientific topics on Pharmacology, Communication, Pharmaceutical knowledge, and Pharmaceutical Care in 3D, among others.
The director of the School of Pharmacy, Rayza Almánzar, showed her satisfaction for the great work and representation of the Dominican Republic and UNPHU, made by the professor in this international event.
This event was held from 16 to 18 October 2022, at the Catalonia Hotel, sponsored by the University of Granada, Spain, and its School of Pharmacy.
