UNPHU and BHD Bank deliver Women’s Business Program

Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña (UNPHU), and Banco BHD, through a cooperation agreement and technical assistance, delivered the Women in Business program through the UNPHU MiPymes Center. 

Women Business consists of providing training, networking, and technical assistance to women entrepreneurs, with the aim of strengthening their administrative and financial skills within their businesses.

The program lasted 38 hours and benefited 70 participants. Of the women participants, 48 became clients of the UNPHU MiPymes Center, where they will continue to receive training and technical assistance in areas such as business model, finance, and strategic planning, among others.

The program was held in the Conference Room in Building 3 

About the UNPHU MSME Center

It is a comprehensive support center for micro, small and medium enterprises, with business services according to the needs of customers, identified through an initial diagnosis applied to each microentrepreneur that requires the assistance of the  center.
