Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña and QVITAE signed an inter-institutional cooperation agreement, with the purpose of joining efforts to facilitate the insertion of university graduates and meet the labor demand of the local market.
Both institutions have as common interest to contribute actions in the improvement of employment, as well as the timely insertion of graduates of UNPHU. With the agreement they committed themselves to carry out joint activities such as: posting vacancies in the different communication channels, facilitating employers’ visibility of graduates, promoting courses and scholarship programs, as well as managing financial aid for scholarships and participation in fairs. It was also agreed that training, workshops, and events on technology should be held. The university undertakes to provide its facilities and information on graduates.
The agreement was signed by Architect Miguel Fiallo Calderón, Rector at UNPHU and Mr. Rafael Rodríguez Pichardo, President of QVITAE, who was received by Patricia Matos, academic vice chancellor and Aldo Erazo, Director of International Relations.
