Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña celebrated its traditional Christmas party in 2023, during the celebration the collaborators of the institution celebrated with a live orchestra and various awards.
The event was led by the rector Architect Miguel Fiallo Calderón, who in his opening speech expressed: «Today is a day of joy, of sharing as the UNPHU family that we are. It is a time of fraternity and fellowship, a time to express to everyone how valuable each one is. You have contributed to the growth and development of UNPHU and from your personal space and responsibilities, everyone is leaving their mark on this work that we build together «.
He continued: «I encourage you to extend that generosity to all of our peers, professors, support staff and our students. Let’s celebrate and toast to a hopeful future where we are all the protagonists of our personal and collective success.».
The celebration took place on December 15, 2023, at the Arroyo Hondo Club and was organized by the Human Management Directorate of the university.
