UNPHU held a webinar “Escrow and the restructuration of companies”

The School of Law and Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Ureña (UNPHU) with the support of Trilex Legal, held the webinar “Escrow and the restructuration of companies”, with the participation of Cristina Santana Perez, founder partner and management director of the Business Practice Trilex Legal, and Raymundo Haché manager partner of RJ Haché & Associates. 

This event was held as part of the Technical Table of Discussion of the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences. 

During her intervention Mrs. Santana Perez expressed: “The escrow is based in a relationship of will and mutual confidence between the settlor and the fiduciary”. Mr. Haché indicated “The restructuration is a mechanism which allows companies with economic difficulties to face their commitments and pay to their creditors”. 

The event was introduced by magistrate Juan Biaggi Lama, dean of the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences.
