UNPHU holds a Technical Discussion Table entitled «Draft Law Establishing the Ministry of Justice»

Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña (UNPHU), through the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences and its School of Law, held the Technical Discussion Table «Draft Law that creates the Department of Justice”.

The purpose of the event was to discuss the Draft Law being created by the Department of Justice. The panelists were Dr. Antoliano Peralta Romero, legal consultant to the Executive; Nassef Perdomo, lawyer; Namphi Rodríguez, constitutional lawyer; Félix Tena, director of the Constitutional Analysis Unit of the Office of the Attorney-General of the Republic, and Yovanny Valenzuela, Legal Consultant, National Public Defense Office.

The welcoming remarks were delivered by the Dean of the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences, Dr. Juan Alfredo Biaggi, judge of the High Court of the Dominican Republic. Noreem Patricia Perez, director of the Law School, was also present at the event.
