UNPHU holds Technical Discussion Table: Challenges for Inclusion Organizations

Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña (UNPHU), through its Faculty of Humanities and Education and its School of Psychology, held the Technical Discussion Table: Challenges of Organizations Facing Inclusion, led by Pamela Pantoja, specialist in Human Resources.

The activity was aimed at sharing practices for the development of transformation strategies that allow a successful management of inclusion in organizations.  Among the topics addressed were: Organizational Transformation and Inclusion, Steps of Organizational Change, Impact of Labor Inclusion, and LGBTQ Community.   

This activity was moderated by Orquídea Jiménez, MA, teacher at the School of Psychology, and was directed to the entire educational community of the university, 

The event was held on February 21, 2022, in the Conference Room of Building 3.
