UNPHU offers a talk, “Radiography of the indicators in men with violent conduct in the Dominican Republic.”

Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Ureña (UNPHU), through the Faculty of Humanities and Education and the faculty of Legal and Political Sciences, held the talk “Radiography of the indicators in men with violent conducts in the Dominican Republic, under the responsibility of Dr. Luis Bergues, Clinical Psychology.

The goal of this activity was to submit the results of the study and statistics of the Conduct Center for Men of the National District. 

Patricia Matos, the academic vice-rector, gave the welcome words and the greetings by Ana Andrea Villa Camacho, director against Gender’s Family Violence of the Public Department. 

The honor table was composed of Patricia Matos and Ana Andrea Villa Camacho, Ana Álvarez, responsible for projects at AECID; Dr. Luis Bergues, director at the Center of Conduct Intervention for Men. The special guests are Fernando Norberto, vice-minister of Citizen Coexistence for the Department of Interior Police; the Minister of Women Addys Then Marte, technical vice-minister of Planning and Development; and Daris Sánchez de Peralta, vice-minister of Intrafamily Violence against Women. Also attended Generala Yanet Jimenez, specialized director of Attention and Specialized Violence of the National Police.
