UNPHU recognizes as a Distinguished Graduate, Carlos Rafael Flores Rojas

Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña (UNPHU), through its Directorate of Institutional Experience and Graduate Management in coordination with the Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences, recognized Carlos Rafael Flores Rojas, as Distinguished Graduate for his outstanding contributions and work in his professional work, his commitment and influence in society. The scroll was delivered from the hands of the rector, Architect Miguel Fiallo Calderón.

Mr. Flores Rojas has excelled in performing its duties in accordance with good practices and ethics.  He has more than 25 years in the insurance sector, which supports his professional career in favor of the insurance industry, has acquired extensive experience in the design and specialized negotiation of insurance programs for corporate accounts, with extensive knowledge of the optional reinsurance market. 

At the event, which was held in the VIP lounge of the university; were present the academic vice-chancellor, Patricia Matos; the director of the School of Business Administration, Magda Betina Espinal, and the Director of Institutional Experience and Graduate Management, Laura Veloz.

About the Distinguished Graduate, Carlos Rafael Flores Rojas

Graduated in 1996 from UNPHU with a master’s degree in Business Administration and Management. Currently serving as vice president of business and operations for the firm Cáceres & Asociados. He was recently elected president of the Dominican Association of Insurance Brokers, Inc. (ADOCOSE), where he served as leader of the Training Commission and was the former treasurer.
