UNPHU welcomes new students

Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña, through its Deanship of Student Welfare, carried out the act of welcoming new students, to promote integration and adaptation to university life. Students were able to establish a support and guidance network upon entering the university. The level academic information was also provided, as well as the welfare policies and services available to them.

At the event, each of the students was efficiently attended to, regarding presented concerns and doubts, and the socio-emotional support was promoted by the institution.

Present at the activity were Patricia Matos, Academic Vice Chancellor; Adrian De Oleo, Dean of Student Welfare, Cristina Tavares, Director of Admissions and all the staff of the Dean.

The event took place on 4 April 2023, in the Max Henríquez Ureña Room of UNPHU Building 4.
