Workshop on «Quality of Service Culture» held at UNPHU

Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña (UNPHU), through the General Directorate of Pedro Henríquez Ureña Colleges, conducted the workshop “Culture of Quality in Service”, taught by Geisha Carpio, dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Education.

The workshop addressed the importance of service, both teaching and administrative, the culture of service, and the quality of service. The workshop aimed to create a culture of quality in the services offered by the institution.

The workshop was aimed at collaborators of the Santo Domingo venue and, virtually, collaborators of La Vega campus.
