UNPHU delivers virtual lecture ‘’ Personal finance ‘’

Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña (UNPHU), through the Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences and its School of Business Administration, gave the lecture «Personal Finance» by Lic. Rafael de León Benoit, financial analyst of investments and risk management, who holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Financial Advisory from the Center for Financial Studies (CEF), Spain. 

Among the topics discussed were: The Dominican financial system (Laws, entities, regulatory bodies, etc.), Financial products (Assets and Liabilities), Retirement plan and contingency fund, financial stability and the importance of investing money. 

The activity aimed to raise awareness about the importance of constant savings, investment of money and proper handling with financial products to achieve financial security.
